🗑️ طلب حذف الحساب
يمكن لمستخدمي تطبيق SalamSoft طلب حذف حسابهم والبيانات المرتبطة به من خلال الخطوات التالية:
📧 كيفية تقديم الطلب

إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى:
عنوان البريد الإلكتروني support@salam-soft.com

كتابة عنوان الرسالة:
طلب حذف حساب SalamSoft

ذكر المعلومات التالية في الرسالة:
- اسم المستخدم المستخدم في التطبيق
- البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب (إن وجد)
- كود العميل (إن وجد)
📋 ماذا يتم حذفه؟
عند الموافقة على طلب الحذف، سيتم حذف البيانات التالية نهائياً:
الاسم والمعلومات الشخصية
اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور
سجل العمليات والإجراءات
المنتجات والمبيعات والفواتير
⏱️ مدة التنفيذ
سنقوم بإرسال تأكيد إلى بريدك الإلكتروني عند إتمام عملية الحذف.
📁 البيانات التي قد يتم الاحتفاظ بها
قد يتم الاحتفاظ ببعض السجلات التقنية الأساسية لفترة محدودة للأسباب التالية:
- الأسباب القانونية: الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية
- الأمان: منع الاحتيال وحماية النظام
- المحاسبة: الاحتفاظ بسجلات المعاملات المالية حسب القانون

🗑️ Account Deletion Request
SalamSoft app users can request deletion of their account and associated data by following these steps:
📧 How to Submit a Request

Send an email to:
Email Address support@salam-soft.com

Write the email subject as:
SalamSoft Account Deletion Request

Include the following information in your email:
- Your username used in the app
- Email address associated with the account (if any)
- Customer code (if any)
📋 What Gets Deleted?
Upon approval of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
Name and personal information
Username and password
Operation and action logs
Products, sales, and invoices
⏱️ Processing Time
We will send a confirmation to your email address once the deletion process is complete.
📁 Data That May Be Retained
Some basic technical records may be retained for a limited period for the following reasons:
- Legal Reasons: Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Security: Fraud prevention and system protection
- Accounting: Retention of financial transaction records as required by law
